  1. Tanarus License Agreement
  2.  
  3. If you are logged on to the Tanarus server, you agree to the following rules.
  4. IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES, YOUR TANARUS ACCOUNT, AND
  5. YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE TANARUS SERVICE, MAY BE TERMINATED 
  6. IMMEDIATELY BY VERANT INTERACTIVE INC. WITHOUT NOTICE.
  7.  
  8. You may not harass, threaten, embarrass or cause distress, unwanted attention
  9. or discomfort to another player. 
  10.  
  11. You may not use any offensive or sexually explicit language. 
  12.  
  13. You may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing,
  14. vulgar, obscene, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable
  15. language toward any other player.
  16.  
  17. You may not impersonate any Tanarus Technical Support representative or
  18. other employee of Verant Interactive Inc.
  19.  
  20. You may not market, promote or advertise anything, or make any other form of
  21. solicitation on the Tanarus Service.
  22.  
  23. You may not violate any local, state, national or international law or
  24. regulation.
  25.  
  26. You may not modify any part of the Tanarus software that Verant Interactive Inc. 
  27. does not specifically authorize you to modify. 
  28.  
  29. You may not arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated software or
  30. other contraband while you are on the Tanarus Service, or use the 
  31. Tanarus Service for any other illegal purpose.
  32.  
  33. You may not organize any teams or groups that are based on, or espouse, any
  34. racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay, or other hate-mongering
  35. philosophy.
  36.  
  37. You may not give false information or intentionally hide any information that
  38. is required at the time you register with the Tanarus Service.
